I wish that the shoes I bought had been available in any of the other colourways. However, this review is mostly to note how knowledgeable and helpful Charlotte was.
Super friendly and qualified staff
I have wanted to visit this store for a long time, but scheduling did not permit. So I had to wait. Today was the day, and the wait was worth it. I had the best experience in shopping in a very long time. Manuel was incredible. He was funny, had a great sense of humor, was patient, efficient and knew his stuff. This kind of service is very rare these days. I truly appreciated the experience and will be back because of my experience and Manuel's customer service. ( ok the shoes are great too - you gotta go there!!!!!)
