Mashell is the most incompetent, Inconsistent, condescending person I’ve met. She would email me one thing and when I got to the office it was a different story. Her stories kept changing, she would tell me “yes we do this for EVERYONE” then id question and she would say “well I didn’t mean everyone” she also was kind enough to tell me she gave me a ‘call as a courtesy’ when she in fact, never called me. Wish I could add photos/voice memos of the emails vs conversation in office !
Terrible law firm. The receptionist forwarded emails to the wrong organization. Also, I provided valuable evidence to them weeks ago and they forgot they had it. Apparently the receptionist put it in the wrong folder.
