Very disappointing experience. My taxes were handled by people I never met, and I wasn’t even given the courtesy of being told someone new was taking over my case. I ended up saving over $5,000 by switching to a different tax preparer. That alone tells me Cohick and Associates didn’t put in the effort to identify legitimate deductions, as I was initially told I owed more than double what I actually do now. I would not recommend them.
