My mother’s stove died in December so we shopped around for a new one and she called Cohens on December 16th and got a few quotes from sales associate Betty. A hr or so after we went into the store and she was unavailable apparently assisting other customers so we waited for at least 20 mins and my mother went to see if she was available a few times to make sure we weren’t forgot about. Went to Cohens to purchase a sofa and recliner. Service was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful. Left the store with a sofa and recliner purchased for a great price. Will definitely shop there again. The sales lady was phenomenal.
