EDIT IN RESPONSE: My mother has contacted your customer service and has contacted her sales representative REPEATEDLY with NO results. She is still waiting. Pitiful customer service. Appalling service. If I could choose to leave no stars, I would. My senior Mom is having an issue with a brand new Danby stove, and the only response from the "customer service" team was "What can we do?" followed by irrelevant questions like how many people were there for supper when she noticed the defect in the brand new stove. Just wanted to drop a note to say how impressed I am with Sales Associate Betty Bailey. She is always there to help me, very Knowledgeable and goes above and beyond each time I call her. So happy with her service and all the products i have purchased so far.

Very friendly staff. Sales associate Betty goes above and beyond each time I visit the store! Always there to help me find the perfect piece for my home. I can't say enough good things about Betty and her customer service. Will return! :)

I purchased Ashley 4 piece sofa set & 3 piece coffee table set from Shirley. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was in contact with Shirley for weeks before I even met her in person. Always there to answer my questions & offer some different options on what I might like. You want great service on your next purchase? I highly recommend Shirley @ the Corner Brook location. I will definitely go to Shirley again for my next large purchase
