Went to Cohens to purchase a sofa and recliner. Service was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful. Left the store with a sofa and recliner purchased for a great price. Will definitely shop there again. The sales lady was phenomenal.

EDIT IN RESPONSE: My mother has contacted your customer service and has contacted her sales representative REPEATEDLY with NO results. She is still waiting. Pitiful customer service. Appalling service. If I could choose to leave no stars, I would. My senior Mom is having an issue with a brand new Danby stove, and the only response from the "customer service" team was "What can we do?" followed by irrelevant questions like how many people were there for supper when she noticed the defect in the brand new stove.
