Even with being told I have to pay extra in cash for the furniture delivery, they still refused to. So happy I went to Home Furniture for my needs.

As a dissatisfied customer I would not buy here nor recommend it! Their protocol after buying a brand new appliance that has not even been used yet, that does not work properly is ridiculous The staff are not trained to pass the proper information to the necessary staff A run around for over a week with still no solution to a brand new appliance that doesn’t work Now after driving 40 minutes to the store, after a week of no solutions, they’ll have a repair guy come later this week to have a look and if not repairable then wi... read more

Paul and his team are the greatest. The customer service is the best and I would love to give them 1000 stars. Back in September we had a house fire and lost alot of things due to smoke and water damage. We brought all of our appliances, dinning room set and bedroom sets even our TVs there. They made things go so smooth for us under a very stressful situation. They were there to help in anyway they could and went up.and beyond.
