My experience with the store itself is 5 stars! The lady I worked with to purchase my dryer was excellent, 10/10. Simple and quick purchase. Unfortunately, paying for delivery was not worth the while. The dryer was dropped off at our house today, and the delivery crew had zero intention of assisting with getting it inside the house. They asked where they would put it, and my fiancé requested one moment so he could move the old dryer out of the way. When he came back upstairs, they had already quickly left.
