I had been shopping with Cohen for over 8 years. My bedroom, living room, and my kids' beds were all purchased from Cohen, Kirkwood highway. I was surprised by their new secretary attitude toward me. She was so rude and condescending on the phone, and she made me look like a fool. Cohen need a better person representing them. I don't want to stop patronizing them because of this person. I think Eli is a great person.
First let me start by saying, I was thankful they let me switch a sofa. Now paid the sofa in full took about 2 weeks or little less for it to arrive. Day came it was my fault I didn’t measure the sofa for it to fit properly through my door. Went that same day & they gave an option to have someone take it apart/build it inside. Charged $250 (apparently it was going to be more expensive so got a discount) now that day (3/27) they forgot the sofas legs!!! Absolutely annoying! No calls were made to me nothing. Terrible experience. Cohen delivery men busted down door in early December trying to force sofa inside. Promised to have it fixed but have not returned calls or emails. This is a shady operation - stay away.
Horrible store! Horrible customer service. Was sold a dinning set over the phone told it would be delivered 6 weeks at the latest. 6 months later I had no furniture and no communication as to why. This store is totally unprofessional and inept. No communication was done to let me know what was going on with the furniture I had to call once a week. When I asked for a refund I was avoided and pushed off until my husband had to call and get the refundthat still hasn't processed so I'm sure I will have to call again . Horrible h... read more
Watch out for fast talking slick saleperson Never Again will I shop here And they charge for Everything a Normal business would do for free. Will be putting in a complaint w BBB
