Please do yourself a favor and avoid Cohen and Siegel. I have been a client for a couple of years and their communication is horrendous. I asked for an update/if they needed anything from me countless times only to hear no. Then over a year passes, and I was asked for things from the year prior=not doing their job. Informing Cohen and Siegel that my employer would not provide certain documents the firm needed from me, you would think they'd formally request on my behalf being my lawyer. Fortunato is a great attorney and even a better person, but there seems to be a little gap and lag in communication seeing as how turnover of staff/personnel happens regularly. This, unfortunately, leads to delays. Delays in response time, delays in getting results. Overall, I would recommend, but expect to wait and wait some more.
