Worst law firm ever. My partner and I paid a $1500 retainer for Ian Sneddon to file documents for my partners custody case against his ex. Ian has done nothing and apparently the entire retainer is used up. It feels like this case is unimportant to them and they happily took our money that we worked very hard for.
