I ordered a dining set on 3/29 and was to arrive within 2 weeks. Three weeks later I had to call for an update and was told one chair arrived damaged and the set was just in. I scheduled delivery with the girl on the phone 4/17 for 4/24...I called on the 24th for an ETA only to find out it wasn't even on the delivery book until 5/1 because I had free delivery!!
