AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Cohen is the servicer for a home purchase I made in 2018. In 2019, I went to refinance the loan, and the new loan was also serviced by Cohen. In 2020, I attempted to refinance with a local lender. Everything went fine until my new lender realized that Cohen had never satisfied the original mortgage.
