Maria and Leo came into our workplace and were an incredibly calming and knowledgeable influence. Their session really brought the team together in a moment of mindfulness after a busy day, and it was a thoroughly positive experience for all.
Maria has been delivering yoga lessons in my place of work twice a week since the beginning of this year. She is a pure soul who motivates and encourages everybody. She has helped build my confidence and self esteem and pushed me out of my comfort zone. I can't recommend her classes enough, she is truly one of a kind!!
