I was with Cogsdale for 9 years and there was a good reason for that. A lot of companies say they are people-first but Cogsdale has consistently proven that to me. As a developer 8 years ago, and as a Director when I left I was shown the respect of a real work/life balance, flexibility with my large family and the inevitability of things always coming up, and through it all I've been shown opportunities for growth and providing input which is valued and actioned. I can't speak for the state of Cogsdale after March 2023.

13 Years at Cogsdale, I am still impressed with the Professionalism and the teams knowledge of the software and utility industries. Everyone is awesome to work with, and is this is a great organization for a long term partnership.
