They gave great advice and installed a new part on my bike that I purchased from them within minutes.
I've been living in the Bay for many years now and this is the best community of cyclists I've found so far. The weekly Sunday bike rides are awesome, we always get a good group. And of course if you want anything Specialized, they will hook you up. You can tell Ben and his team genuinely are passionate about cycling and want to share their knowledge with others. Shoutout to Eli the bike fitter and Alex the mechanic for helping me out with my new Tarmac!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this bike shop! Ben went above and beyond by identifying and holding a bespoke bike part for me before I even arrived at the store. When I got there, the other staff members knew exactly what I was looking for and Ben had everything ready at the counter. Helpful staff--great inventory of bikes, accessories, equipment, huge store. You can go get icecream, but I think this may just be the best $$-for-happiness business in San Mateo ❤️
