I have received the absolute best service from this bike shop. I am so impressed with the professionalism and care that goes into my bike! I want to thank the technician, Jeff in particular. He goes above and beyond, and has helped me to keep my goal of less pollution possible. Thank you, Jeff! You are amazing!
They say biggest bike store in California, but also probably the emptiest bike store in California. 😊 I guess that's the style of the shop, but unless you are looking to buy a generic brand, expensive bike, the place is pretty boring for just browsing around. Only racing & mountain bike styles.
Came in here bc my bike had a warped rear tire, we were just asking the mechanic in his opinion, what could have caused this warping to happen. And he said, "I don't like hypotheticals," and "I hate it when customers ask me that." Too bad you're in a customer facing job dude God forbid we ask you your opinion as someone who must have seen this more than we do, just wanted your professional expertise jeez. Excellent shop!! Huge inventory. If you come across this shop, you found a gem. Ben is an expert and super helpful. Took a specialized Chisel home and got it muddy the same day! Super happy!!!
From the moment I walked into the shop I knew this was the place I would buy my next bike. Even though I live nearly 3000 miles away I purchased my new specialized bike and was blown away by the quality of the service from Ben the manager, and then my Star Wars like fitting by Eli. Recommend this place to anyone who wants a fast comfortable bike with white glove service!
