They are hands down the best bank our business has ever used. I would highly recommend this bank to other local businesses looking for exceptional service and the ability to interact directly with humans instead of being funneled to a toll-free number. We've been business clients for over 2 years with Cogent.
Not at all accommodating. I work in their building. Had my office access card on my arm. I wanted to exchange two $20 bills and two $5 bills for a $50 bill to include in my grandson's birthday card. They wouldn't do it because I didn't have an account. Will try Publix. (If Cogent Bank starts selling food and Publix continues to act as a bank, I suppose it will all work out.)
