Debbie appeared to be reluctant to open account. I had everything needed I think she didn't believe a black person could be depositing a 10k check
Went to Clearwater branch tried to cash a Cogent check. Extremely poor service told to sit in a chair and wait. Why the check was verified. This experience was a minimum of ten minutes. Total attitude by teller. Horrible service. Total lack of professionalism. Place felt like a mortuary. Would never open an account at this bank.
