Cogency may be the worst registered agent ever. They CONTINUALLY fail to file annual reports for charities, I asked them to register us in two states so we could begin to solicit within those states and they inferred we had to register as corporations as well as charitable organizations - when in fact we only needed to be registered as a charity within the state. As of March 2022, I am still receiving failure to file annual reports from 2019 & 2020 which we of course had already paid Cogency to file. Furthermore, they are ve... read more
