This company is crooked!!! Quit protecting corporations that are hurting the middle class!
A lot of these reviews are entirely unrelated to this LLC services company. Their grievances are with the companies themselves, of which Cogency acts as a corporate administrator ONLY. (example: If I create a company with Cogency and scam 500 people, you need to go after ME, not Cogency.) They've provided me with very good service in creating my two LLC's and have been always responsive to questions and requests.
Gave me a Dirty phone number and wouldn't reimburse me for the problems resulting in this ongoing issue.
