The lady who helped me was so sweet and made sure all of my issues were addressed satisfactorily.
Do not send your solicitors to my door, who ignore the signs that say no agents or peddlers or solicitors and rile up my dogs. They also do not listen to us when we said no the first time. This is the reason we cancelled your service! MNSI for the win.
I have had nothing but problems with EPICO. Calling is a big hassle. Waiting on the phone for over an hour each time only to be bounced around. Had a technician come out twice. Still having problems. I don't have the time to make a fourth phone call. Why am I paying for a service they cannot provide.
