Been on the phone for over one and a half hours waiting to speak to someone. Consider my account cancelled Cogeco is crap
Service and staff suck to say the least.
Unhelpful and rude customer service. They lie about pricing. You sign up for 75/month. Then they increase the price 2x per year to make you pay $5 more each year
I had concerns with an install at my home. Called customer service where Matt assisted me and directed me to senior rep. Aaron. My concerns were promptly addressed and resolved.
Cogeco will not service Our house, when our neighbors and full subdivision IS conected! 😡
