5 out of 5 star. If I could rate more I definitely would. Danielle and the team helped make our bike hire and ride so easy to organise, top notch friendly service at such a great hire price. They not only organised our hire, but also offered really helpful tips and advice for our ride for the day. We started at Warburton, rode to the Carriage Cafe for a lunch break and head back to Warburton to return our bikes. So much fun biking around the local area. The bikes were well maintained and everything was explained to us, including routes that had separate bike paths. Highly recommended!

We hired some E-bikes from Cog bikes on the weekend. Booking was easy and the whole service was excellent. Staff were really helpful and explained everything. Bikes were in excellent condition and we enjoyed our ride along the rail trail.
Danielle at Cog is the human embodiment of going above and beyond in customer service! When our flight was delayed she emailed me out of hours to help set up a suitable collection time, advise on the best route, and even arranged a pick-up for us with a local driver which was super helpful after our hotel couldn’t arrange it for us. The bikes were brand new and therefore in great nick, and the trail was just beautiful. A fantastic experience all around!
