I had visited the shop, purchased and serviced and even wrote good reviews. I would never ever take any of my bikes there again. Took my ebike in to get a tire changed, my bike was working perfectly fine and picked it up without it being able to go backwards or use the motor forward. I tried to argue my point but was shut down by the female owner to say it wasn’t their fault!
