The staff at Cog Bikes did a fantastic job of refurbishing my 20+ year old beloved bicycle that I toured around Canada, London, Tasmania & Australia with … it runs so smoothly & I just love riding it again … highly recommend this shop
Extremely helpful staff. Great to have a bike shop in the hills. Strongly recommend.
As soon as you walk in the door you know you’re in for a great shopping experience, I was listened to and expertly shown the bikes that might be suitable for my needs. No pressure sales talk, just information by a passionate and caring team. Big thanks to Danielle. P.S. bike was set up perfectly.
The service staff solved my problem with my tyre. They were patient, courteous and reasonable.
Cog Monbulk assembled and accessorised our daughters Trek for her birthday. Service Communication Thank you to the team for making this a memorable experience.
