About 17 years ago, I lived in the area and used Coffee Movers several times. They were always excellent which is why I hired them several times. I recently returned to the area and hired them to move my household about 5-6 miles. I packed about half my stuff and Coffee packed the other half. I moved the end of October and Im still unpacking boxes and, unfortunately, still finding broken belongings. It's very frustrating and with some items, it's sad. Coffee Movers moved us in March of 2016 and did a wonderful job. When we moved again inJuly of 2021, We wanted to use them again. We were not disappointed. They gave me updated information on their requirements and fees. I asked questions if any thing was not understood and they where very pleasant and helpful. They arrived on time and had very friendly employees and loaded with care not marking up doors or wood work. They unloaded at our new home with the same care and put items just where I wanted them. Sent the following to management. I included their reply: I'd like to start by saying I have recommended coffee movers many times over since you moved to my home in 2016. That team did an excellent job. However today was the exact opposite. I had everything ready to go for the movers when they arrived. They are very nice however Right away they said the items would not fit in the truck. I said if not we'll figure it out.
