Really great experience, opens up lots of opportunities and is a great course to do. Really fun, engaging and interactive as you learn how to make coffee.
Joel is the best barista teacher ever I met! He has strong experience and knowledge of coffee and was super friendly and nice to students. The class vibe was really good and easygoing. You can ask him anytime and he will explain it to you with passion. He’s truly amazing. I really enjoyed this class and would recommend to anyone who would like to learn coffee.
I learnt so much on this course, it was really interesting and I enjoyed improving my techniques. However, we were not shown how to make coffee art unfortunately. So this may not be the course for you if you want to focus on coffee art.
10 out of 10 for this Barista course. Lauren is an amazing trainer. She made it very practical, down to earth and she gave us the best suggestions to work in the real world industry. Every student was assigned one espresso machine, so there was no need to share eqyipment and that allowed us to make the most out of the course. You leave the training knowing how to prepare all the coffees that are sold in Australian's cafés, how to froth milk properly and how to clean the espresso machine.
