A bit unprofessional over the phone. Had a rude tone as well as the other woman in the background. Also kept intentionally talking over me when I attempted to speak. Not much else to say.
The water provided is often outside of limits. Water has over 386 ppm. The aquifers used have zero filters, soild profit for them to provide you with a service that sub standard.

I like that they have an online app available to check my account, bill and usage. I also like that I do not have to call and I am able to quickly pay online.
