I was enrolled in auto pay and didn’t miss a payment for three years. I moved away because of the military and they changed their payment system. My autopay didn’t go through so they threw on $80 in late fees. When I called to ask what happened they said “well no one told us you moved away. We sent emails about having to re-register your account.” Kind of a shame they won’t waive that for someone trying to sell their house 2,000 miles away when they missed an email and had no idea their meter had been locked.
A bit unprofessional over the phone. Had a rude tone as well as the other woman in the background. Also kept intentionally talking over me when I attempted to speak. Not much else to say.
The water provided is often outside of limits. Water has over 386 ppm. The aquifers used have zero filters, soild profit for them to provide you with a service that sub standard.
