Great and knowledgeable staffs. I brought my df83 grinder in on a short notice, they took great care of it and didn’t even charge me because it was an easy fix. Needless to say, I ended up buying a few more items because of that lol
Wow, what can we say about this place? If you're looking to get into coffee, look no further. Very helpful and friendly staff they make for an unpretentious and approachable niche coffee experience. Prices initially might seem very slightly on the higher side compared to online retailers but this is very solidly countered by excellent aftersales support and usually good package deals. Picked up an Aero Press today. We went in to get a new grinder (non-espresso) and the staff was clearly against upselling us on something that would be beyond our needs. As we were browsing, we debated between a new Moka Pot or an Aero Press. Chloe made us a cup with the Aero Press and that clinched it. All in, we spent less money than we expected to. This past year we bought the Turin DF54. The price was competitive, and the grinder has definitely lived up to its reputation. The past week I had some questions that I sent to Coffee Addicts, and the response was fantastic - speedy and directly addressed the questions I had.
