after renting a storage unit, I am now told that I am the only person that can gain entry and I must relinquish my driver's license the entire time I'm accessing the unit. no longer can I send my employees or my parents down to grab things out of storage. Appleway U-Haul sucks. I do not recommend using them for your storage needs.

Make sure that they don't try and charge you more than you owe. I prepaid for 6 days and returned my trailer after 4 days. They were trying to charge me for 2 extra days. I showed them the paperwork but it did not make sense to them. Come on...common sense guys! I called the UHAUL 800 number and they confirmed that I returned it early and did not owe anything.
Owen you rocked we're hiring you for our NASCAR crew, changed a tire under 2 minutes.... as for Rodney you suck for being on vacation but we love you anyway best U-Haul in the USA
They have what we need so that's nice. Outdoor staff was reasonable. Inside however, one staff person working with a line of 5 people waiting. It's a Saturday so I guess they were understaffed. We waited a half hour just to arrange the rentals we needed. (Car trailer and truck). Finally managed to get the trailer hooked up and we're sent back to the front desk because apparently counter lady misunderstood our needs and didn't charge us appropriately. 20 mins later and we are still waiting to fix the error and pay.
