I'm almost finished with a 10-session rolfing series, and this has far exceeded my goal of being able to squat properly at the gym. Cody broke up scar tissue from an old injury and helped me straighten my right hip. She also helped me with my posture and gait, so that I stand taller and step heel to toe. I feel about 10 years younger.
Cody is great at what she does - she is very attentive to your specific needs. She is able to have you take a few steps from different view points, and then work on areas to get them balanced with the rest of you. The entire process takes about an hour, and maintenance visits are recommended. I always feel like I am a couple of inches taller, and perfectly "centered" after each session with Cody. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone feeling sore, off-balance, stressed, and the like. Great experience!
