I built a house in 2019 and had two loans. I was told that no one could help me to refinance my loan with the additional loan. However, my realtor introduced me to Cody and stated that he was knowledgeable and would work hard to refinance my home into one conventional loan. When I contacted Cody, he was friendly, understanding, kind, and a great listener. He took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. Cody and his team were very attentive and resourceful during our home buying process.
