Cody is a true gem in the mortgage game. He goes above and beyond for his people, explaining every step of the way to make sure his clients are making informed decisions. There’s no hidden agenda; He truly wants what is best for his clients. He also is very personable and friendly, which is always nice when you are in the stressful process of buying (and sometimes also selling) a home. Thank you, Cody for all your help!
We encountered a pretty significant delay due to a title issue that was not discovered during the course of the previous owners purchase. Cody and everyone we worked with were so efficient, communicated so well and did everything in their power to make us first time home buyers.
