Toured the Recently Reopened Exemplary Elem. School after a Four-Year Construction/ Restructuring Project. Beautifully Upgraded Campus Inside and Out. Settled in an Older, Quiet Residential Area adjacent to a Large Park and Civic Center. Still waiting for Students to Fill the Halls. Most were Bussed to Neighboring Campuses during the Construction Hiatus. Sadly, most of the Former Students are in Middle School now. Ready for a New Generation of Students.
Codwell was once my elementary school when i was in pre-k until third grade. It was back then joseph.j rhodes elementary. It was grades pre-k-5th grade. Our prinipal name was dr.debora balthazar. The school was then closed and made into a middle school(inspired for excellence.inc). My brother went there for a year and it closed again. Now it is the school that it is now. I am now in 9th grade and love my old school and my teachers. Rhodes was also an exemplary school
