**BEWARE***This company had me paying holding cost on a property for 6 months in false hope of closing on my dream home. I paid for appraisal and filed my taxes incorrectly for them just to approve me now I am stuck in a bind. Stay away from this company. Mark told me that code mark would no longer exist and they would be a new company just to release me from my file. He is a liar.
