**BEWARE***This company had me paying holding cost on a property for 6 months in false hope of closing on my dream home. I paid for appraisal and filed my taxes incorrectly for them just to approve me now I am stuck in a bind. Stay away from this company. Mark told me that code mark would no longer exist and they would be a new company just to release me from my file. He is a liar.

PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM YOUR PROSPECTS LIST! I made one single inquiry, not realizing it would sentence me to a barrage of nearly daily emails— yet there’s no “unsubscribe” link offered (even though I did not ever intentionally subscribe.) And when I try to email the CEO who is supposedly slamming me with all these obnoxious pitches, surprise, surprise! His email doesn’t accept incoming responses. Your hard sell and lack of service is a real turnoff... I’ll look elsewhere for my refinancing needs, thanks!

I got my original mortgage through Codemark and was so happy with the experience that I refinanced with them a couple of months ago. Mark and his staff are so patient and professional - they answered all my concerns and put my mind at ease about the processes.
Mark and his team went above and beyond to make our dream house happened. We were not an easy case; we had a great credit history and score, but because we had just opened our own business, banks did not want to take loaners with less than two years history...notwithstanding, Mark and his hard working team made it happen and best of all with an awesome interest rate!!! We are soo lucky to have found them! PS: this is a gift we unexpectedly received from them after we closed on our new home 😍
