My wife requested to cancel my subscription, but after several follow-ups, nothing was done. I had to contact my bank to block further charges. Terrible customer service and no resolution. Wouldn’t recommend.
I am telling you so many times to cancel my subscription but you people not doing anything. What is this behavior? You thinking customer is joke or what? If you not cancel immediately I will take serious action. I am not sitting quiet like this. This is not correct way to treat customer. Basic respect also you not giving.
Paid over $300 for my child to receive no help two days in a row. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing. The center is clearly understaffed & kids aren’t getting the attention they deserve. I expected better. You asked for a review so here it is.
