Very unprofessional experience. I booked a free trial for 12:00 PM on a Wednesday because weekends weren't available. I rearranged my entire day, drove there, and was then told they don't do trial sessions before 4:30 PM. Their website lets you book trial slots every 30 minutes from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, yet those times apparently aren't honored. They had over three hours to call or message me, but nobody bothered. My son has been really enjoying his time at Code Ninjas. The program has been a wonderful experience for him — engaging, motivating, and fun. He looks forward to every session and always comes home excited to show me what he learned.The instructors are patient, supportive, and great at explaining coding concepts in a way that builds confidence.
