I recently signed my son up for the YouTube & 3D Printing summer classes. The day was split with the morning being focused on one and the afternoon being focused on the other. This was an expensive week and my child did not even get to print 1 item. They only had 1 3d printer that was not working properly. Worked here for about 2 years from late 2019 to late 2021. Can honestly say as an ex employee that this was one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had as a job. I look forward to one day taking children of my own to Code Ninjas as the self paced curriculum & engaging material was always able to make kids truly enjoy learning coding. I highly recommend enrolling your kids as someone who for years was able to see first hand the great impact that code ninjas was able to have on so many children.
Paid for 2 weeks of camp in advance. After the first day they did not want to go back due to some bullying. Told the center they said they would address it but I wanted to cancel the 2nd week of camp and get a refund due to no child wants to return to a place they aren't having a good experience. They refused to refund the full payment for the second week which was still 3 weeks out due to their policy they keep $150. There is bullying occurring and the teacher doesn't have a handle on it. My kids did not want to go back after the first day. I had paid for 2 weeks of camps asked for a refund for the second week only they have a policy and will keep $75 of the $250 regardless of whether you have a bad experience or not. Then they tried to tell me the kids look like they are ok on the camera. If they have to look on the camera to see what's happening then they obviously aren't managing as they should.
