Going to code ninja is my sons highlight of the week! The sensei, Joey, is the perfect blend of calm and control. He is very knowledgable about coding and helpful in individually guiding each child through the learning process.
Both of my kids, 9 yo son and 7 yo daughter, love coming to Code Ninja. We tried out a class in the spring and seemed disorganized. When we tried again in the late summer it was completely different. Turns out Alin took over ownership and all is right again. My son comes two times a week and is in the Create program where he is learning coding. He is also part of the Tuesday Roblox club. My 5yo son attended one of the week-long junior camp sessions this past summer and has been going for a hour-long sessions once a week since school got back. He loves it! The instructors are patient and seem to be genuinely engaged with the kids during the classes. They're always forthcoming with what my son is doing in each session and how he's taking it all in. I believe it's under new ownership as of this summer (2024) so any older negative reviews may need to be taken with a grain of salt. My $.02.
Great program!
Working with Kevin and Sullivan these past several weeks in an attempt to create a homeschool coding opportunity has been a wonderful experience! They have been incredibly accommodating, kind, understanding, and excited/ interested in learning more about our homeschool community here in Charleston!
