I recently stopped by with my son for a tour, and while the program itself seemed wonderful, I left with some concerns on staff behavior. During our visit, the center director, Bec, was speaking with another parent about a former employee in a way that felt very unprofessional and inappropriate. As a parent, it made me uncomfortable to hear negative comments about a former staff member being discussed so openly.

We had a very disappointing experience at this location. My son attended a trial class, and afterward we were told that if we signed up for either a 1-, 3-, or 6-month option, we would receive 50% off the first month. Based on that, we chose the 1-month option. When I later tried to cancel, I was told that the promotion only applied to a 6-month contract—something that was never explained to me and that I never agreed to or signed.
