I am extremely frustrated with the lack of integrity and customer service at Code Ninjas. First, I was promised a refund to my original payment method, which never arrived. When I followed up, the local staff directed me to contact their corporate office instead. I sent two separate emails to the corporate address provided, but both went completely unanswered—it felt like the email address was either unmonitored or intentionally ignored.
