I am beyond disappointed with how Code Ninjas handled my refund and pricing concerns. I enrolled my son in two courses, each costing $179, for a total of $367.94 (including a $9.94 admin fee). When we decided to continue with only one course, I requested a refund, expecting to receive $179 back. Instead, they refunded me only $174.03, which does not add up. The correct calculation should have been ($367.94 - $9.94) ÷ 2 = $179. On top of that, I later discovered they were offering the same course at a "promotional" price of $... read more
The staff are wonderful. Very welcoming, and answer all my questions without hesitation. The Jr. program is fantastic! It offers a variety of learning opportunities. All kids learn differently and their program/staff know how to incorporate that into their program so all kids can enjoy their experience.
My kid has attended weekly classes, summer camps over the years and he just thoroughly enjoys it. The caveat is that some of their early belt systems don't work part of the time but it is all around a learning experience including troubleshooting which will bring him invaluable life lessons. Well worth every penny. Nice people and instructors work at our local store as well!
