My boys attended for 3 months to try it out. We decided to move on to other extracurricular activities. It has now been 2 months after disenrolling and I am still getting charged almost $500 a month! I have contacted this organization 2x letting them know they keep charging me and not ONE single person has returned my emails. The teachers are great! Administration is UNRESPONSIVE!
Sean, the supervisor at this center, has been incredibly accommodating with my kids’ schedules and always willing to help. The entire staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in the kids’ growth. What I appreciate most is that the instructors take the time to really know each child and their parents, so when I ask about my son, they can speak to his progress with real insight. A great team and a great environment.
After canceling code ninja, they continue to charge us for following month. We called over three times and director name Sean said he will take care of it. After three weeks no refund was issued and he won't return call or no where to be found. Spoke with instructor name will and he suggested to just dispute over credit card company because there is technical problem on their end.
