Code Ninjas has been a wonderful experience for our family. The program allows children to learn coding at their own pace through game development, which keeps them engaged and motivated. The entire team is incredibly kind and always willing to support both students and parents. Our daughter truly enjoys her sessions and leaves each class feeling excited and accomplished. I signed my son up for classes and wanted to pause my.membership after a few months. They still charged my account after I was told they wouldn't, resulted in me incurring $180 of overdraft fees by the time they reversed their wrongful charge. My bank only refunds 3 overdraft fees per calendar year so I only got $90 refunded. I am out $90 and the ability to have any other overdraft fees reversed for the rest of the year and the response from Code Ninjas has been very underwhelming.
