I took my son for the 1-hour trial lesson advertised on Eventbrite. When we arrived, the staff claimed they could not access their system. While they did still put my son into a trial lesson, they refused to honor the advertised 1-hour timeframe and cut it down to only 30 minutes. When I spoke up about the discrepancy, the woman working at the desk dismissively told me that I was "the only parent to complain." This is incredibly unprofessional.
