We canceled but they charged us for 1 month because we gave them short notice
Very disappointed with cancelation process. Our schedule had changed and I notified the management that we will no longer be able to attend, however, 2 weeks later I received another bill. I sent an email asking to explain but there was no response. I called and was told that they have a 30 day cancellation policy. I tried to explain that a 30 day cancellation policy does not explain why I'm being charged for 45 days (two weeks plus another month) but to no avail. My son love this place. All the Sensei‘s are a good role model for my son. My son always looking forward to come to class every time, he loves hanging out with his Sensei and friends. Thank you Code Ninja for all you do. We appreciate you.
I am a student at code ninjas. I've been attending there for two years. I love it because the senseis are kind and help me out when I have a problem. They are friendly and fun to be around. I recommend it.
