Decent kinda rude and uptight
Slow to act. Inefficient in action.
I have been dealing with this agency since 2015. I viewed them as an enemy at first but i soon realized that from Mike Reynolds on down their mission was to help me get out of the pickle i had got myself into as inexpensivly and quickly as possible. They are nothing but polite and hepful!
they always enforce the American citizens but when it comes to illegal aliens constructing and building things without permits they look the other way
