I reached out to code 9 during a horrendous Osteo arthritic flare up after weeks of trying every prescription pain killer for the pain in my knees. Amazing. There was a lot going on in my body and Lani methodically address each of my concerns and is very knowledgeable of the links within our bodies. I felt much better at the end of the session and am looking forward to the next one.

I have suffered with chronic lower back pain for 27 years. I have seen many different types of therapist but after just 2 sessions of remedial massage and 1 session of Biofield tuning, I can notice a significant decrease in my pain. Lani is incredible at what she does, she uses a variety of techniques specific for each individual person. I would highly recommend her.
I am one to put off caring for myself until I am in dire straights. An office worker with tight shoulders, hips and lower back. Usually I'm nervous to even go to a massage therapist but Lani made me feel so comfortable and unjudged for leaving things to get so bad. She checked with me all the way through that the pressure was ok and I came out feeling so light and relaxed. If you're thinking about it, do yourself a favour and book in!
