our ol'Mall CTM I have been working @ CTM for the past 3 years! Things are changing! Is looking like things are looking up! The sooner people start shopping here again, the sooner we can have a really good mall again! It takes time and money! Your money and mine( which is not much) will transform this old place into a place we can all love and care for, for many years to come! Join me in shopping at this old mall. Coddingtown Mall is average I used to go this mall when I lived in Cali. It's your normal mall with normal stores & normal food. Nothing special, but plenty of places to shop & eat at.
Coddingtown Mall stores/buildings need new anchor/stores The stores are outdated, the buildings look tired and worn. Where's Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, etc? This is Wine Country --we need shopping to match the expectations of the visitors and residents alike. Demographics are changing and people expect more than what is currently offered by either Coddingtown or SR Plaza. Why on earth are there two Macy's? Older, less selection of stores This is not the best mall in Santa Rosa. It's a bit older and more run down than it's south santa rosa counterpart. I personally don't like shopping here because everything seems so few and far between. They do have a gottchalks which you can't find anywhere else.
Older Mall that still has life in it I like the old style mall where I can park near the store I want to shop at and not have to park in a garage. I like that Coddingtown still has that available. They also seem to be trying to attract families by having Friday Fun Night. We attended our first Friday Fun Night, and though we were not impressed I did like the effort. calm environment My mom enjoys this mall more than the Plaza since it's "less crowded." A few of my favorite stores include Old Navy, JC Penney, Gottchalks, Macy's, and Bloom. Sometimes there'll be live entertainment near the fishtank. One of the best things about this mall is their sidewalk sales. The stores bring out their merchandise at fantastic prices. I bought five eyeshadow pans for under two dollars.
