They make accessing service so much more difficult than it should. Expect a 6hr intake process and whatever they tell you one day will be completely different the next visit. Have a job and/no car? Expect to rearrange your daily life drastically.
The staff and security there are very nice I haven't had any problems there very understanding and always ask how am I doing just overall great place if seeking help
The difference between Providence location and the Pawtucket location is night and day. I’ve never had a problem at the Providence facility, but they are just simply too big and too busy to care about you. The Pawtucket location is way cleaner and the staff are way more helpful and attentive. They’re both essentially staffed with the same people, but just the fact that this location is smaller, I feel they hold it to a higher standard. My counselor never called me, just text.
