Need better customer service, no prices on the dresses, so you have to ask prices everytime to a rude staff who seems like she didn't want to help, I feel a bit like colour people wasn't welcome there , why work there if you're no help
I had a very pleasent experiance with this dress shop and the lady who works there is very friendly. I simply gave her a description of the event I am attending, and explained my budget and styles I am looking for and colours. Within minuets she hand selected the most beauitiful dresses for me to try on, she helped me try them on and helped me choose. My little sisters grad is coming up, she was so excited to go shopping for her grad dress and they were extremely rude they fat shamed her, and made her feel uncomfortable and self conscious. This place does not support women/girls. This place Is not body positive They promote body shaming, they exclude And they promote racism since my sister isn’t Indian… Mind you she’s just a little girl Ruined her experience and will not be coming back here ever and will not recommend this place to anybody. Customer service is not good, you have to beg for help. She doesn’t let you take pictures of your dress
very bad customer service. The lady has horrible attitude. Would not recommend at all
