Hello my darlings, cocoon Spa I love love love. Absolutely amazing. Attention to detail. Staff are wonderful. Beautiful surroundings, amazing essential oils. Totally crap!! if you spend hundreds of dollars on vouchers and they run out by a couple of days they will not honour them! Go somewhere else with better customer service
First time here. Not a first time for a facial or massage though. It was so lovely walking in. You get a robe, some flip flops then you go to this beautiful lounge where you can have a lovely tea before your service. Jordan was the one who did my massage and facial. I really loved their technique when giving the massage and facial. My facial was amazing and my skin looked so good after.
