I had the most amazing facial today. Most relaxing hour of my life! I asked the name of the therapist and I’ve forgotten (started with an S) - she was brilliant. Even massaged my hands and head/shoulders whilst the different peels were on. Skin is glowing. Will be back :)
If you don't gel with abrupt people, this isn't the place for you. You're paying for a service, but they act like you're bothering them, just walking through the door. Every time I've had a service, they've either been short-staffed, or made a booking error, or running behind etc (this has happened on at least 5 occasions). I don't mind waiting, I'm chilled out, I understand things can go wrong. But to then be met with rudeness like they've had to go above and beyond to accommodate me, when I am in fact the one accommodating... read more
