Just been to the first Yoga & Supper night since Becky took over . Our lovely host for the evening was Jon ( Becky’s husband ) and Jon very welcoming . Sam the Yoga instructor was amazing and he talked through all the poses in such a calming way , an amazing of hour of stretches , poses and relaxation. And then just when you think it doesn’t get any better the supper of a beautiful curry , just the right amount of starter and mains a perfect meal to end a perfect evening and 6 was just the right amount of people . Had a fabulous evening at the yoga supper night, intimate yoga session with Sam who gave great instructions and options for intensity followed by tasty supper with friends-already looking forward to the next one!
Joined the yoga and supper evening tonight. Absolutely excellent yoga session with Sam. Lovely manner, technique and clear instructions. Followed by a curry and chat with the group. Excellent and will definitely do this again. Thank you
I’ve been going to Pam regularly for years and have had some incredible experiences! I’ve had reiki, reflexology and massage, all of which have left me deeply relaxed. Pam is a natural and is warm and friendly. I wouldn’t be without this treat to myself! Thank you Pam, highly recommended.
