The most wonderful French cuisine that I would ever experience in the heart of Texas. Ken Wilkerson is the most amazing Chocolatier and Chef. Would definitely visit once a year. Highly recommended. Located on Hwy 6 in Calvert, Texas

I see in 2018 he fell off a ladder and was seriously injured, according to the website they closed down the chocolate factory and moved closer to the institution assisting him with rehabilitation his wife Jacqueline is carrying on with the business,he fell on his head and was seriously 😳 injured, hopefully by December 2023 he's recovered well
